The Arts at Hudson Yards:

The Shed features shows and performances from New York City’s own Artists.  The Shed is a beautiful new structure located right where the High Line meets Hudson yards.  This is a platform for local talent as well as a showcase for original artwork.  It falls right in line with the art work presented by it’s neighbor, the High Line Park as a result art enthusiasts will find this especially entrancing.

Shopping & Dining at Hudson Yards:

Hudson Yards in New York City offers a range high end shopping and dining destinations.  The indoor shopping mall is simply called “The Shops and Restaurants at Hudson Yards”.  Guests can enjoy the multi-level mall between 30th and 33rd Streets on 10th Avenue.  Shops are open from 10:00am – 9:00pm from Monday through Saturday and 11:00am – 7:00pm on Sundays. Being one of the newest structures in the city has its benefits. It has attracted some of the most popular vendors you can find including the highly asked about Neiman Marcus. In addition, the mall also hosts some amazing dining options from the high end ambiance of ‘Estiatorio Milos’ to the more casual experience of fried chicken and a slushie at Momofuku’s ‘Fuku’.

There is so much to do and see at new Hudson Yards.  In one full day you can experience most of what New York City has to offer in what is about an eight block radius. The best part is that you don’t need to plan in advance. Mostly everything can be done for free and on the fly!
