It’s oh so Suite!
Hotel Giraffe has spacious suites that feature a King Size Bed in the bedroom and a Full Size Pull-Out-Sofa in the living room, which allows parents a bit of privacy after a long day! The suites are also affordable as they are priced at what many NYC hotels charge for a standard room. These suites can sleep up to 3 people and are perfect for smaller families! We also offer Balcony Guestrooms with 2 Queen beds, another great option for a family of four. For larger families (up to 7) we recommend reserving our Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Balcony Suite. This configuration combines our Balcony King Suite with a Balcony Guestroom with 2 Queen Beds and boasts 750 square feet of space for your family to enjoy during their visit to Hotel Giraffe!
You can make your stay even “suiter” with an added amenity! Our crowd favorite is the Cookies & Milk platter, which includes a plate of chocolate chip cookies and a chilled carafe of milk. It’s the perfect bedtime treat for adults and children alike! And if you don’t need a sugar buzz, we have plenty of ‘adult-friendly’ amenities and an evening wine & cheese reception that children are also welcome to join!

Our concierge team has developed a map of some of the greatest places to visit in New York that will delight everyone in the family. Visit the Museum of Math…it is the coolest thing that ever happened to math! Want a view of the whole city? The Empire State Building is walking distance from the hotel. Care for a scoop or two of authentic gelato? Eataly is the place to go! And with Madison Square Park just one block away featuring a great children’s playground, there is always a place to run off some steam. The list, and our knowledge, goes on. Bread & Tulips , the rustic Italian restaurant located in Hotel Giraffe not only offers authentic Italian cuisine for parents, but a fun filled children’s menu including pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. Not only is Bread & Tulips convenient, guests of the hotel receive a 20% discount when dining in the restaurant and they offer room service if you want to stay in the comfort of your guestroom! And with family friendly restaurants such as Shake Shack, Hill Country and Blue Smoke all conveniently located in NoMad, you don’t have to venture far to experience a variety of cuisines.
