Screen shot 2014-06-17 at 9.53.21 AMThe “Top 25” list is annually compiled to highlight
those who have made a sizeable influence on
the hospitality, travel and tourism industries.
The “Top 25” recipients were selected by a panel
of senior industry executives based on recent work
meeting the following criteria: creativity and
innovation; cutting edge sales or marketing
campaigns; triumph in challenging situations; and sales efforts that resulted in dramatic gains.

Ms. Gutman Milne was nominated for her
contributions to the industry and for ground-breaking
initiatives which resulted in the Library Hotel Collection’s incredible success on TripAdvisor®. For over 8 years, the Library
Hotel Collections’ four properties have consistently ranked in the top 10 hotels among the 440+ properties in New York City. During one period in 2010, the company’s
four hotels — Casablanca Hotel, Hotel Elysee, Library Hotel, and Hotel Giraffe — were ranked as the top four hotels in a city which boasts some of the most luxurious hotels in the world.

Ms. Gutman-Milne and her team continue to work tirelessly year after year to pay close attention to each and every review posted on TripAdvisor, listen to what guests like and dislike about the Library Hotel Collection properties, and incorporate changes to address these issues whenever possible. As a result, the four Library Hotel Collection properties have harnessed the power of social media to fill the hotels with enthusiastic and delighted guests whose rave reviews drive new visitors to the hotels without the need for many traditional and costly sales and marketing tactics.
